K1 Superstar Kaowlai Kaennorsing

Kaowlai Kaennorsin, the rising superstar of K1, will wear the famous Fairtex robe and use Fairtex equipment as he takes on the world’s elite fighters.

The former welterweight champion of Rajadamnern Stadium made a sensation impact on heavier opponents when beat Japan’s Akebono and Africa’s Mike Bernado in K1 competition last year. He also KO’d USA’s Mighty Moore and Korea’s Denis Kang – both in first rounds. Points wins against Japan’s Tsuyashi Nakasako and Russia’s Samaran capped off an impressive year for the skilled muaythai fighter who lives and trains in Bangkok.

Kaowlai’s stats are 38 wins, 16 loses and two draws.

Although he often fights against much heavier opponents he is able to use his punching skills and fast kicks to dominate. Kaowlai’s fighting weight is 89 kgs and stands 175 cm tall.

The champion o f the K1 Korea 2004 Asia Grand Prix Kaowlai has the skills and courage to test the best Europeans who fight the K1 circuit. Look out for Kaowlai as he makes his mark in 2005.
